My Role.
I assisted the Senior Producer with workload tracking, bug triaging, and resource management. I regularly communicated with product owners to determine priorities, and share updates on the team's progress. At the end of our contract, I also supported in the creation of ramp off plans which included scheduling handovers and aligning internal dates to minimise the impact on the project.
